My approach
I work in a humanistic and integrative way, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels helpful for you, rather than expecting everyone to fit the same approach. No two people are the same, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
For me, the relationship between us is an important part of the work. I’ll take the time to get to know you, understand your experiences and what you’d like from therapy, and approach what you bring with curiosity and compassion.
Therapy can be a place to talk about whatever is going on for you, whether that’s something that’s happened recently, something from your past, or something you can’t quite put your finger on yet.
I won’t tell you what you should do or give you all the answers. We’ll work together to explore what’s going on, work out what might be helpful, and find a way through it.
